When I asked for a refund he said it wil take 4-6 weeks and refused to email me stating this refund will take place until I mentioned I will get the police involved! He then tells me the deal has ran out and the bookings have been cancelled by Etihad Airline! If there was a booking made in the first place the airline will always offer u alternatives as not to lose custom. The money for the deposit had been taken out of my account and paid into air bridge travel account! They did not take the full payment so I did not recieve any etickets. When i called them i told him to take the full payment from the same card. I had booked a flight over the phone paid a £200 deposit as I was told by the sales executive Ali it's a special fare deal! I had not received any confirmation of booking or invoice regarding this deposit! I received an email stating full payment is required.
